Student Visit from Bogor Agricultural University

In July, we welcomed 18 students from Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia. These students are completing a double degree in Master of Applied Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Master of Science in Agro-Industrial Technology. Dr Barry Elsey and ECIC PhD student Amina Omarova have taken a lead role in working with these students in developing their final Masters project topics that they will complete in 2015. The students are all undertaking small-scale research project focused on downstream product development of Indonesian agricultural goods and related services exploring the “room for improvement” and making links with leading ideas in entrepreneurship and innovation based on their learning programs in the ECIC.
